Problem Statement 

Plastic injection molding facilities often lack visibility into ground-level technician activity. Thousands of operational events occur weekly, most of which go unaccounted for or are rough estimates during quoting and analysis—this leads to inaccurate data, decision making, and profit loss. 

Morflo addresses this gap by capturing and reporting real event data. This enables:
